World Leaders all Crazy: The End is Nearerer

When a president kisses a strange boy on the belly in front of a crowd (or in private, I suppose) and then admits he did it because he felt the need to kiss him like a kitten, I can only be grateful that he didn't kiss him like a dog --- too much tongue.
